If your request relates to a Meta (Facebook/Instagram) login or app connection, note that in your message

We may need to verify your identity before we process the request.

WHAT WE WILL DELETE

Depending on your relationship with us, we may delete or anonymize information such as contact details, order history tied to your request, marketing preferences, and other personal data we control. Some data may be retained where we are required by law (for example tax or accounting records) or where deletion is not technically possible without disproportionate effort; in those cases we will limit use of the data to what is legally required.

RESPONSE TIME

We aim to confirm receipt within a few business days and to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days, unless a longer period is allowed by law.
